INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
I offer individual sessions both virtually and in person at my office in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Therapy has the potential to be deeply transformative when we are open and engaged in the process. My aim is to do more than get to know your history and goals, but to bring you towards clarity and healing.
Three words that describe the therapy I provide is warm, respectful and informed. I know firsthand that this can be a vulnerable time and I handle this with great care and full attention. I ask a lot of questions and offer clinical insight.
I pull from my experience and clinical trainings in many different theories: Level 1 Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which is widely known as Tapping. I feel this provides a foundation of depth and tangible takeaways. Pieces of my training help us to explore in depth questions like, “How did we get here?” While ACT is more focused on the present moment and gives insight into how to address these issues now. I am interested in the full (and beautifully messy) human picture.
SPECIAL FOCUS AREAS:
Anxiety
ADHD
Depression
Eating Disorders
Relational Issues
Substance Use Disorders
CLINICAL SUPERVISION
In addition to individual therapy, I offer clinical supervision for those pursuing licensure as an LPC in Colorado. My approach to supervision mirrors how I show up in the therapy room — warm, direct, and genuinely curious about how you’re developing as a clinician, not just whether you’re hitting your hours.
My clinical background is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal Theory. I bring that same depth to case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, and the parts of this work that are harder to name — self-doubt, countertransference, and the weight of sitting with clients in crisis.
If you’re an LPCC looking for a supervisor, I’d love to talk. Contact me through my website to set up a consultation.
Fees:
Cost per session is $175 for 55 minutes and $260 for 90 minutes
Limited number of sliding scale slots available. Please ask if you are interested in learning more
Provider through Medicaid
Work with all other insurance companies on an Out-of-Network (OON) basis. OON means you can’t use your in-network benefits for our sessions, but you should call your insurance provider to clarify if you can get partial reimbursement for our sessions.
Good Faith Estimate
*You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.
